American issue of slumping economy is so itching this period of time that there has to be something done before it calls out for more consequences. This crisis also touches interest rates, record prices of oil and gasoline, but first of all it involves housing crisis and foreclosure theme. American Senate is a place where something has already started to save this unwilling situation, and 63 to 5 is a result of voting. Clear? Maybe, but this is the right problem when solution should to fit anyone, so why the Congress and Senate shouldn’t have come together for people?

Although the mortgage rescue to help thousands of homeowners avoid foreclosures and get safer loans was passed on Friday, and although the result was clear to act immediately, there is a long way to run before the help will really come. So the turmoil in housing market is not over.

The plan for rescuing allows homeowners to keep their living and ask for more affordable mortgages supported by Federal Housing Administration. It is a particular help for banks, too, because they avoid costly foreclosures in a promise of returning at least some money in the future. This program would means that Federal Housing Administration insure more than 300 billion dollars in new mortgages, but in the other hand, it would help to 400, 000 homeowners.

The result of voting shows that Republicans and Democrats are really interested in solving this situation, and can come together to keep the core of the problem in first place of importance. But there is still a White House’s veto right and the announcement- in which it warn that President Bush would veto the Senate- passed bill without a look on it- presumes that he will use it. According to him, the bill would help lenders, not homeowners.

Senator Barack Obama, Democrat candidate for president said Bush should drop his opposition to ease the economic pain. "I call on the administration to support this bill along with a second emergency stimulus package to jumpstart the economy and build on this important start to advance more rigorous measures to protect homeowners from foreclosure," he said.

Although it is election year and everything said and (not) done can measure twice, politician should not forget that people are still the same and most important in cases like this.

Americký problém klesajúcej ekomiky je tak závažný v tomto čase, že už sa niečo musí robiť predtým ako prídu ďalšie následky. Táto kríza sa tiež dotýka úrokových mier, rekordných cien ropy a zemného plynu ale predovšetkým zahrňuje krízu bývania a tému exekúcii. Americký senát bol dejiskom toho, že sa už niečo pre túto vec urobilo, a 63 ku 5 je výsledok hlasovania. Jednoznačné? Možno, ale toto je ten pravý problém, keď riešenie by malo vyhovovať každému, tak prečo by sa Kongres a Senát nemohli zomknúť keď sa jedná o ľudí?

Napriek tomu, že riešenie hypoték na pomoc tisíckam ľudí a vlastníkom bytov, by malo spôsobiť, že ľudia predídu exekúcii a možu žiadať o bezpečnejšie úvery, napriek tomu, že toto bolo schválené v piatok, a napriek tomu, že výsledok bol jednoznačný, predtým ako sa skutočná pomoc dostaví, je to ešte beh na dlhé trate. Takže zmätok na trhu s realitami s aešte neskončil.

Plán na záchranu dovoľuje vlastníkom domov udržať si bývania a požiadať o výhodnejší úver podporovaný Federálnym výborom pre bývanie. Diese Krise beeinflusste auch Zinssätze, rekordreife Erdöl- und Benzinpreise, an der ersten Stelle hat sie Einfluss auf die Wohnungskrise und das Thema der Verfallserklärungen. Der Amerikanische Senat ist der Ort, an dem etwas für die Rettung dieser ungünstigen Situation gestartet wurde. 63 zu 5 ist das Ergebnis der Abstimmung. Klar? Vielleicht, allerdings handelt es sich gerade um ein Problem, wenn die Lösung für alle passend sein sollte, warum also sollten sich der Kongress und Senat nicht einigen, um für die Leute gemeinsam da zu sein?

Obwohl am Freitag eine Hypothekversicherung abgestimmt wurde, die tausenden Hausbesitzern hilft, eine Verfallserklärung zu verhindern und obwohl das Ergebnis eindeutig genug war, um unmittelbar zu handeln, muss noch ein langer Weg zurückgelegt werden, um eine wirkliche Hilfe zu leisten. Das Getümmel auf dem Wohnungsmarkt ist also noch nicht weg.

Der Rettungsplan erlaubt Hausbesitzern, ihre Existenz aufrecht zu erhalten und finanziell tragbarere Hypotheken in Anspruch zu nehmen, die von der Bundeswohnungsverwaltung subventioniert werden. Es ist teilweise eine Hilfe auch für Banken, weil sie dadurch kostenaufwändige Verfallserklärungen mit einem Versprechen vermeiden, sie würden in der Zukunft zumindest einen Teil des Geldes wieder bekommen. Dieses Programm würde heißen, dass die Bundeswohnungsverwaltung mehr als 300 Milliarden Dollar in neuen Hypotheken versichert, auf der anderen Seite würde es 400000 Hausbesitzern helfen.

Das Ergebnis der Abstimmung zeigt, dass die Republikaner und Demokraten an der Lösung dieser Situation wirklich interessiert und fähig sind, sich zu einigen, um dem Kern des Problems die höchste Wichtigkeitsstufe zuzuordnen. Jedoch gibt es noch das Veto-Recht des Weißen Hauses und die Ankündigung, in der Präsident Bush eine Vorwarnung über die Anwendung des Veto-Rechts bei der Entscheidung des Senats zum Ausdruck bringt, weil er (der Senat) ein Gesetz abstimme, ohne darauf einen Blick zu werfen. Man nimmt an, er wird es tatsächlich in Anspruch nehmen. Seiner Äußerung nach würde das Gesetz den Kreditgebern und nicht den Hausbesitzern helfen.

Senator Barack Obama, demokratischer Präsidentschaftskandidat sagte, Bush sollte seine gegensätzliche Einstellung aufgeben, um die wirtschaftliche Krise zu lockern. "Ich fordere die Verwaltung auf, dieses Gesetz zu unterstützen, gemeinsam mit einem zweiten Antriebspacket, um die Wirtschaft wieder anzukurbeln und auf diesem wichtigen Anfang aufzubauen, um strengere Maßnahmen zu erzielen, die Hausbesitzer vor Verfallserklärungen schützen würden," sagte er.

Obwohl heuer das Wahljahr ist und alles Gesagte und (Nicht-) Gemachte zweimal bewertet werden kann, sollten die Politiker nicht vergessen, dass die Menschen in Fällen wie dieser immer die wichtigste Rolle spielen.
